Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be returned within 30 days for a FULL refund. Overall we strive to work with customers if any kind of issue may arise. If you are unsatisfied in anyway with the product, please contact us and we will determine the best way to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event the wrong product is received or is damaged during transit, please email us a picture of the product. We will gladly send out a replacement free of charge. For returns or exchanges the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To complete a return, please send the item back to the address listed below. Provide your full name and where the item was purchased inside the package. (eBay, Etsy, Amazon or our site). Refunds will be sent via PayPal to the payment method used to purchase the item. Refunds on returns will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving the return. Depending on your financial institution, refunds could take 1-7 business days to fully process. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the item is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, the order will need to be shipped back and returned for a full refund.
